How long does delivery take? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 8–11 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order is on its way.

How much does shipping cost? We charge a flat rate of R99 for orders under R1,000.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! Orders of R1,000 or more qualify for free standard shipping — automatically applied at checkout.

How do I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking information via email or SMS. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?Changes and cancellations are only possible before your order has been processed for shipment. Once dispatched, we're unable to make changes. Please contact us at hello@thepetaisle.co.za as soon as possible if you need to amend your order.

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in their original condition, and in undamaged original packaging. Some items are excluded — see below.

How do I return an item? Email hello@thepetaisle.co.za with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How long do refunds take? Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@thepetaisle.co.za with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

What items can't be returned? The following are excluded from returns: opened or used food, treats, or supplements; used grooming products; customised or personalised items; and bundle sets where individual items have been opened or used.

Are your products safe for pets? Yes. All products sold at The Pet Aisle are selected with pet safety in mind. If you have specific concerns about a product's suitability for your pet, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

What sizes or variants are available? Available sizes and variants are listed on each product page. If you're unsure which option is right for your pet, don't hesitate to reach out.

Do you sell food or supplements? Our current range focuses on pet accessories, toys, feeding equipment, and comfort products. We do not currently sell food or supplements.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major payment methods available at checkout, including credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely.

Is it safe to pay on your website? Absolutely. Our store is powered by Shopify, which uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols. We do not store your card details.
