4. Pricing All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Promotions and discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively.

5. Orders & Payment By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment must be completed in full before dispatch.

6. Shipping & Delivery Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy. The Pet Aisle is not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
